Do you work for a project fee or do you charge by the hour?

We offer both options. Whatever works best for the client and the situation. In most cases, we work for a pre-negotiated fee established in a formal proposal. When working hourly, we agree on a rate and charge only for services provided.

What is a project proposal?

The formal proposal is a document that outlines the project scope, key deliverables, service terms and conditions, contract price, and any other information pertinent to the completion of the project.

What is your hourly rate?

Because each project is unique, it would be difficult to give a flat hourly rate. We base our rate on the services provided for a particular project.

Do you work on- or off-site?

We are flexible and ready to work wherever and whenever you need us. The project parameters usually determine the work logistics, and in most cases, we work out of our offices utilizing current tools and technologies to keep expenses down and pass that savings on to you.

Do you take on any pro bono work?

Yes, from time to time, we offer low- and no-fee creative services to help support "a good cause." A project must meet certain criteria in order to qualify for this situation.
